Instructions for replacing the brake controller

  1. Pump out the liquid.
  2. Place the vehicle on a support stand and remove the wheel.
  3. Use a wrench to unscrew the two wheel pins.
  4. Remove the brake drum.
  5. Then, using a screwdriver, pull out the hook of the upper tension spring and remove the part. Perform the same manipulation with the lower tension spring.
  6. Then remove the front pad and spacer bar, while disconnecting the pressure spring and lower the pad.
  7. Remove the shoe lever from the parking brake hole, straighten the cotter pin and remove it from the parking brake drive.
  8. Remove the washer and lever.
  9. Install a new block and assemble the part in the reverse order.
