Separately, I wanted to write how I solved the problem of the suspended ceiling. Under the glasses case (installed earlier) on the roof is an amplifier. I originally wanted to build a bracket to rigidly connect the amplifier and glasses case. But then I came across mounting clamps, electrical clamps. I took a couple and ran them until there were decent tails on each side of the amp then inserted the ends of the clips into the mounting holes of the glasses case and carefully closed it. I cut off strands from the other two clamps with pliers and placed them on the ends of the previous one. By clicking the locks on the clamps, I was able to practically pull the glasses case towards the amplifier while at the same time finishing the rear part of the roof reduced its vertical free play by a factor of three, which is what I wanted. The glasses case is held firmly and the clasp is quite elastic. All that remains is to bite the free ends of the clips as short as possible, instead of making the mount almost invisible in the bowels of the glasses case.
If disassembly is necessary, the blocks are easily cut and the clamps are replaced with new ones.
Maybe a mounting plate or rigid bracket would be better, but I look at mine and don't see any major flaws. And most importantly, they did it in 10 minutes and with virtually no improvised materials, just the way I like it
I highly recommend repeating this to anyone who suffers from loose roof trim. It is also not necessary to have a case for glasses. You can tighten the lampshade cover or its frame. But don’t get too carried away, otherwise you can unsightly deform the skin.
