I'll tell you about my situation, maybe it will help someone. I had a consumption of 20 liters in the city per 100 km (auto carburetor, 1.6). The fault was with the carb and the ignition. In theory, with such a consumption, the engine will not work normally, so I decided to fill one and a half liters of gasoline, stuck the hose from the gas pump into it, drove off, and oh horror! I traveled two kilometers on one liter. I decided to try another option, plug a return hose into this one and a half truck, filled in half a liter of gasoline and drove six kilometers.

Clogged air filter
