I tried to call a friend via bluetooth through the radio, he said that he couldn’t hear that I was driving in the car, but it was clear that I was talking on speakerphone.

Next, the panel is easy to read, but extremely unformative, what I mean is: there is the engine temperature, which I am constantly used to monitoring from previous cars, but if you need to find out the outside air temperature, you need to click around until you find the desired parameter.

There is also fuel consumption, all around. I was used to a car with navigation, everything was simple: you go to the menu and then you have a whole table in front of your eyes, but here you are content with one parameter and a line.

Mileage is the same story. The total or daily mileage must be reset, and since I installed gas on the car, I always reset the daily mileage when filling up with gas. I had this parameter in one line along with the general one, here you need to constantly click in the circle.

The interior lights only light up when the driver's door is opened, and if you go to another door (to pick up bags or put a child in the back seat), then this, of course, is AvtoVAZ's savings. I was amazed. For the poor people who didn’t bother to take a luxury suite, get this dud.

The key that needs to be inserted into the keyhole - this also, of course, relates to saving AvtoVAZ or is it a mockery of customers. This central locking key with a button costs a penny, but no - you have to understand the hard way that you took a stripped-down package and you are not entitled to basic things.

There is no pocket in the back of the driver's seat, but the luxury one has one. Without comment, we could have avoided the greed and made this pocket. To turn on the interior lights at night, you probably need night vision goggles. Finding it in the dark is unrealistic, but the Era-GLONASS button is located immediately instead of the light. They could make the buttons larger, but the bright LED lighting is very convenient.

The seats in the Grant station wagon, in my opinion, are comfortable and hard, in Kalina I started to press a pillow under my lower back because my back started to hurt, but here my back is fine. I drove for 300 km - everything was fine. There are no rubber bands in the bottom sills and dirt flies inside; the poor, that is, me and other owners of similar cars, need to buy them themselves.

Further, there are no plugs on the front wheel bearing hubs. I already realized this trend on all AvtoVAZ models, and it has taken hold. Ordered. I drove for the first 100 km and, opening the hood, saw the Antifreeze was significantly below normal.

I had to urgently buy more according to the nameplate on the expansion tank in order to fill it up to normal. The corrosion must be done urgently and without fail, since the door end caps were torn off, I saw the metal without treatment, so it is necessary to do it to the fullest, which is what I did, processing the hidden cavities, but not in the cabin, but separately - after the purchase.

The light is excellent, the steering wheel is light, lighter than on the Kalina, but I like it, steering, although I really always have to steer in a straight line; I even drove the Kalina with less steering. The mirrors are excellent.

Everything else is good, for your money, unfortunately, there is no alternative. AvtoVAZ has already stepped far, but these little things, of course, give an understanding of its attitude towards the consumer. In general, my review of the new Lada Granta SW was written in one breath, for those who are struggling with the choice. To take or not to take. According to my budget, I didn’t have an extra 150 thousand to take a Vesta SV instead of a station wagon, but overall, I’m not delighted, since I switched from the same class of car from Kalina to Granta. Having suffered enough with an eight-year-old Elantra, the desire to buy a new one came. The budget was 500 thousand, sold the Hyundai added savings, I started visiting showrooms, but on the very first day my search narrowed down to a VAZ, because I don’t like the Chinese, a Logan for that money is completely empty, but I at least wanted a Conder. And on a gloomy autumn morning I I was in the Lada showroom, the choice was between the Priora and the Granta, I don’t like the Kalina hatch or the station wagon, after climbing in the Priora I realized that it was not very different from the Chervonets, and I had a ten, it was a normal car, but I wanted something new, that’s why somehow I immediately fell for a grant with a lift body, a luxury one, 16 valves 106 hp, it seems like a new gearbox with a cable, Conder abs two airbags, heated glass mirrors, seats, glass and mirrors with electric drive, in general the set is not poor, and all this cost 497 thousand. The purchase process is standard, manager, inspection, contract, cash desk, insurance, delivery, all in one day. And so the first impressions, it’s spacious, I don’t have a large build, height 175, weight 69, for me it’s generally spacious, with the first moment and to this day the howl of the gearbox is annoying, like on gas 53, anyone who has driven will understand. The engine is very torquey even after a 122-strong Hyundai, the noise is quite loud but you can get used to it, the suspension, in my opinion, swallows potholes perfectly, rolls in turns but moderately, also moderately harsh. On the highway it behaves quite predictably, there is enough power for dynamic overtaking even from 120 km/h. True, at speeds above 130 it starts to scour the road a little, but oh well, we’ll chalk it up to narrow tires. The ergonomics also pleased me, everything is accessible and generally comfortable and in its place, but the front seats are a failure, flat as chairs without a hint of side and lumbar support with a short pillow, tin, I solved the problem of the seats simply, I installed them from Viburnum, although not much but more convenient, and then workdays began, the car works without causing problems. Among the shortcomings, I discovered the disgusting operation of the electric gas pedal with a delay and failure at low speeds and dulling at high speeds, the factory pads were replaced with imported ones since their work resembled tram brakes , with a whistle and a grinding sound. In principle, you can drive on long trips, I get no more tired than in the Elantra, on the back seat for people with a large build, it will be very cramped especially overhead, the stove cooks perfectly, even at -20, you can drive for a long time in a T-shirt, the air conditioner is just as cold, the only downside is that on the highway for some reason it was blowing from the B-pillar in the area of ​​the lower seat belt fastening, but a layer of Shumka completely solved this problem. At the moment, the mileage is 23,000 km, during this time I replaced the front pads, rear seats, did a partial Shumka, two oil changes, and in general that’s all. Oh, and about the audio system, in my configuration there is an MMS-touch multimedia system, to the very There are no complaints in my head, except that in order to watch a video you need to edit something somewhere, but this is a pathetic semblance of a speaker, it’s something, neither lows nor highs, they sound disgusting and not clear, only suitable for listening to news and weather, otherwise everything is fine with the car so far. Consumption on the highway is about eight, and I sometimes like to press it down to the cutoff, in the city depending on traffic jams, and the city is not small, from 8.5 to 10 liters, if you don’t turn off the air conditioner all day, then all 11 liters , by the way, when you turn on the air conditioner, the car hardly dies either in the city or on the highway, this pleasantly surprised me. The build quality is quite normal, not a dozen, plastic is hard but not disgusting like in the Chinese. So, to summarize, for 23,000 only consumables were changed, even the light bulbs are still original, when buying this car I focused on practicality, and it copes with this task perfectly, over the 12 years of my professional experience I have had different cars, from ZAZ to luxury foreign cars, although they are far from new, I am not a supporter of the farce, its comfort is enough for me, I don’t want to prove something to anyone, I don’t drive around with girls for about 8 years already, because I have a family, and I have no desire to have a high-status car, especially since I know from experience that with their comfort and style, the gift also comes with hemorrhoids in the form of expensive spare parts to order.
