Before us is the “complete antipode” of the previous project - a huge lifted SKAT-14 SUV with a body from . VAZ 2114! The car was born in the Kemerovo region, where quality roads are difficult.

The SUV is assembled from at least 4 different cars: a body with an interior from the “14th model”, axles and a 90-horsepower engine from the GAZ-24 Volga, a gearbox and transfer case from a UAZ, huge wheels from a KrAZ. We added various “Jeeper” things in the form of a kangaroo guard, huge fenders with a running board, an LED chandelier on the roof and a high-protruding exhaust. This interpretation of the stylish “fourteenth” model, of course, still takes some getting used to.

The first time the new Lada white 2114 was shown back in 2001. More than 18 years have passed since then. Yes, it is based on 2109, but it is different in many ways. The front panel has become more prestigious and presentable, the steering wheel has become adjustable as in 2010. A more efficient interior heating system has been added. Yes, the exterior has become completely different. The hood is more sleek, the front optics have become completely arched, the radiator grille and other little details have become completely different, lending themselves to a different style and taste. The bumper was very nice and aggressive, which is a huge advantage. However, the designers sacrificed quality for the sake of beauty - it is made of plastic and collapses with every touch. The old part from the VAZ-2109 was much stronger, therefore better. We can say that this is just a matter of taste and preference, however, according to reviews from the owners, no one likes it.

To create a “Special Edition” of any car, you need to work hard on both the appearance and the technical side. And in the case of Russian cars, you can run into very sarcastic criticism. And beautiful nameplates will not help here.

This VAZ-2114 tuning project, in our opinion, can proudly bear this title, it looks too cool and predatory compared to the stock one. All the chic of this project is aimed exclusively at the external design. The engine remains standard, but the exterior looks very JDM-like.

Lowered suspension, double-lip bumper, low-profile aero body kit, which goes well with wide wheels and low-profile tires. The riding position is just perfect, fast and comfortable for fast driving. Therefore, this car rightfully deserves the individual “Special Edition” nameplate on the rear edge.

Yes, 2114 is a direct descendant of model 2109, but it had a completely different design and some features. It was precisely because of this that she was more popular than the “nine”. This machine has its own path, its own line, which it has successfully bent and continues to do so. She doesn't want to deviate from her trajectory of success, and the producers wanted to do just that. She lives like in the samurai code. She lives, but thinks she is dead. Of course, it is no longer produced; the last release from the assembly line of the Volzhsky Automobile Plant was back on December 24, 2013. The finished mixture must have the appropriate viscosity, achieved using the desired ratio of solvent, primer and enamel. The minimum number of layers applied is three. The main process is carried out using a spray gun. Any metal surface is suitable as a training ground.

This 200-horsepower VAZ-2114 with a turbocharged engine has everything: sports bucket seats, a sports steering wheel, a short gear shift lever and shortened springs that make the ride sporty and rigid.
