LADA FINANCE - preferential car loan program

For those car enthusiasts whose choice fell on purchasing a LADA on credit, the program from the domestic manufacturer LADA Finance, which is a joint program of AVTOVAZ OJSC and partner banks, will be of interest.

The main advantage of AvtoVAZ financial support for borrowers is that due to the discount on the car, interest costs are reduced. As a result, overpayment in general on a car loan does not look so scary compared to the price of a new car at a car dealership.

When applying for a loan through Sberbank, an additional discount is provided in the retail price of the car.

Car loan "LADA Finance" in Rusfinance Bank

If the price of a Lada on credit does not exceed 800,00 rubles, two documents are sufficient for registration at Rusfinance Bank, the interest will be from 15 to 19.5 per annum. You can apply for an autoredit from the age of 23, the requirements for work experience are at least 4 months in your last permanent job.

CASCO insurance can be calculated for the loan amount, including for the entire loan term. The rate, taking into account the state program of preferential car loans, will be from 9.5% per annum.

Purchasing a Lada under Sberbank special programs

Having decided to purchase a domestic car of the Lada family on credit, at the dealership you need to clarify the discounts from the car plant on which specific models await you. And also, what size discounts will be specifically when applying for a car loan through the Sberbank affiliate program.

On the part of the bank, there are reduced rates on cars of this brand:

  • interest for up to a year will be 13.5%,
  • for up to three years 14.5% per annum.

And these are rates without taking into account government subsidies. You can get a car loan for five years (outside the state program) at a rate of 15% per annum. You will need your own funds in the amount of 15% of the loan amount.

If you plan to apply for a loan using two documents, the bank will ask you to pay 30% of the cost of the car at your own expense as a down payment to the car dealership.

At Sberbank you can get a car loan for a used LADA car. Interest in this case will be from 14.5 to 16. For borrowers whose salary is transferred to a bank card, the loan rate is additionally reduced by 1%.

Car loan “For Lada cars” at Uralsib Bank

The rate on a car loan for the purchase of Lada brand models is from 13% to 15.25%, excluding the state program of preferential car loans. The base rate can be reduced by 1.5% if you take out life insurance. For a down payment of up to half the cost of the car, a full package of documents will be required. You can submit an application using two documents, but the percentage will be 2% higher.

If you pay half the cost of the car at your own expense, the interest on the loan, despite the minimum package of documents, will remain the same.

Additional discounts apply to the following Lada models:

Family car program

The maximum benefit can be obtained through the state program, which is designed for a first and family car. This opportunity allows you to buy a Lada car and receive a 10% discount on the full price. In this case, a car loan is issued in a preferential form without a mandatory down payment.

You can use the programs if you have a valid driver’s license and no other car loans for the past or current year. The condition for purchasing a first car under the program is that you have never owned a car. You can also buy a “Family Car” if you have more than two children under 18 years of age. In this case, the bank must present the children’s birth certificates or the passport in which they are registered.

For example, if you purchase a new Lada Granta, the benefit can be up to 83 thousand rubles. It depends on the selected vehicle configuration. If you buy Vesta SV Cross, then the benefit is even greater, and in the maximum configuration it will be about 160 thousand rubles. For other cars the prices are comparable to those listed; the more expensive, the greater the benefit. Details can be found at the AvtoVAZ dealership or showroom at your place of residence.

Lada finance 2022

The essence of this program to support the domestic automaker is as follows: to interest the citizens of our country in purchasing LADA cars.

The state program Lada Finance is lending, but at a low interest rate. Just like in any other loan transaction, a financial organization, that is, a bank, participates in the procedure.

According to the official website of AvtoVAZ, 4 domestic banks are participating in the program: VTB, Sovcombank, Rusfinance Bank, Cetelem Bank. In each of these financial institutions, a loan under the Lada Finance program is issued under different conditions.

Lada in a taxi

The program provides for the expansion and renewal of the taxi fleet for new and existing Yandex Taxi partners located in Russia. It applies to almost all brands of cars produced by AvtoVAZ.

You can buy a car under the “Lada in Taxi” program at an official dealer’s showroom through a leasing company or under a contract. You need to select a car, notify the seller about it, and receive confirmation that you are a Yandex Taxi partner. To do this, you need to provide the service contract number, as well as the CLID number. After this, all that remains is to formalize the contract and receive the car at the LADA dealer showroom.

Program conditions

Buyers can be legal entities and businessmen who have registered individual entrepreneurs and are partners of Yandex Taxi. The program is valid in all regions of Russia where there is a Lada dealer. Special conditions are provided for new Lada models. The validity period of this program changes periodically and may be extended. Details can be found at the dealership.

Lada finance from VTB

VTB

– offers its clients the widest selection of offers. If you decide to cooperate with this bank, then initially you will need to decide the amount you are willing to pay as a down payment. According to the bank's terms, the first payment must be at least 20% of the total cost of the car. In some proposals it can be at least 40%. Next is the repayment period. The maximum repayment period is 60 months. At the same time, the minimum interest rate for a Lada Finance car loan is 9.5% per annum (offer “AutoAnniversary”), and the maximum is 17.9% (offers “Autolight without CASCO” and “AutoExpress without CASCO”).

Lending terms

There are also a number of requirements for the borrower that must be met:

  1. Having citizenship of the Russian Federation.
  2. Registration of the borrower in the region of the Russian Federation where he is going to purchase a car.
  3. The borrower must be no younger than 20 years old and no older than 65 years old (for VTB no older than 60 years old).
  4. Availability of an official place of work, the work experience of which must be at least 3 months (for VTB at least 4 months).

VTB clients will also be required to provide a certificate of income with a salary of at least 10,000 rubles per month.

Lada finance from Sovcombank

Sovcombank

– offers from this bank have the longest validity period – up to 72 months. As for the maximum interest rate, here it is the smallest compared to competitors - 16.95% (AutoExpress offer). The same applies to the initial deposit. It is only 15% of the total cost of the car (AutoClassic offer).

Also, in all offers of absolutely any credit institutions, one pattern can be traced that all buyers need to remember: the higher the initial payment and the shorter the loan repayment period, the lower the interest rate will be.

Loan with buyback

AvtoVAZ offers customers the opportunity to take out a car on credit with the option of repurchase. Favorable car loan conditions and Buy Back are a unique offer from a Lada dealer. The program was created with the joint participation of VTB Bank, and is valid for Lada X-Ray, Vesta, Granta cars. However, conditions are subject to change and it is recommended that you check with your authorized dealer.

For example, for a Lada XRay car, the terms of the car loan and the calculation may be as follows:

  1. The cost of the car is 609 thousand rubles.
  2. Loan term – 3 years.
  3. Down payment – 56.2%.
  4. Interest rate – 13.1%.
  5. The amount of the last payment is 40%.
  6. Monthly payment – 3 thousand rubles.

Upon completion of the program, the car owner can:

  • pay the remaining balance and take the car for yourself;
  • give the car to a car dealership for half the price and buy a new car;
  • extend payment terms.

The Lada dealer makes maximum use of market tools that attract customers. The average time to own a car purchased new in Russia is 4 years. Therefore, AvtoVAZ is introducing a Buy Back system for new Lada models. The system is convenient for customers who frequently update cars and buy new models.

Trade-in program

Trade-in is a fast and convenient way to exchange a used car for a new car. To do this, you don’t need to think about how to sell a car. Lada dealership workers will take care of this problem. In addition, Trade-in participants will receive a favorable offer to purchase a new car.

So how much was I scammed for in the end?

We continue to self-isolate, absolutely voluntarily and only slightly forced. Further, apparently, come what may... however, you can definitely not expect anything good and are better prepared for difficult times. I think for most adequate people who are not burdened with extensive “financial fat,” this fact is obvious. Although, what am I talking about? As it turned out, more than 70% of our population is middle class, so... we sit at home and don’t “buzz”, but only write meaningless articles and comment on what is possible... and what is not desirable) In short, be careful there, colleagues !

Damn it, lately I have become distracted and “pouring water” is completely off topic. I apologize, but if you don’t forgive me, then I’ll get over it somehow)

In the comments, thoughts often ran on the topic: “you were duped, my friend, because you initially went for a simple Granta, but bought a whole Vesta.” And, you know, in part this is true and everything worked as a single mechanism: my initially poor knowledge of the AvtoVAZ model range and product configurations, and the lack of clear definition of the budget and, of course, the competent work of managers... more precisely, not all of them, but one, who “put the finishing touches” on the deal.

Let me briefly remind you that when the idea of buying an inexpensive new car just settled in my head, the Granta with an 8-valve engine and air conditioning in the simplest configuration was a potential candidate. After inspections and test drives, the preference for the power plant changed to the 16V unit, which I liked more in many respects and even in appearance... the old 8V very much evoked memories of the engine compartment of my ex Review of the Lada 2108 and the sound of this glorious internal combustion engine was reminiscent of her, for which he was written off.

Further, in the process of studying the configurations, I was very puzzled by their components, and most of all I was outraged by the lack of a standard central locking with remote control on the key: a completely cheap option, why can’t absolutely ALL cars be equipped with it... The 21st century is in the yard, as- no way, but this “privilege” can only be obtained by the happy owners of the “top” Grant and all buyers of the West, which is significantly more expensive. And I was ready to buy Granta Lux, but the delivery time was a month, as we remember, and this is a bit much. As a result, the Vesta taken for testing completely discouraged the desire... in the sense, the desire to buy Grant, and the result: the acquisition of an almost empty, but Vesta performed by Classic Start.

Let's finish with the background and return to the original research question. But were they divorced in principle? I answer: yes and no. On the one hand, instead of the original car for 450 +/-, a product was purchased for 620 i.e. 170 thousand rubles more spent - fact! On the other hand, I bought a qualitatively different, more modern and comfortable car at a very good discount. Let me remind you that the price list of the Classic Start is rounded to 670 thousand “dead” - a profit since money saved = money earned. Also, here we can add that, for example, CASCO for Vesta is almost twice as expensive as for Grant, and this is true, if not for one BUT, which dealers really don’t like to advertise: there are banks that can provide a car loan WITHOUT insurance life and WITHOUT providing the purchased car as collateral, which means that CASCO is not needed!!! Yes, the interest rate on such a loan is 3-4 points higher, but calculations using a loan calculator very clearly show that in the end such a loan is significantly cheaper. And at this point I was almost scammed because initially I didn’t know that there were loans without collateral and insisted only on a product without life insurance, but I blew the minds of both the sales manager and the credit expert so much that they issued me an unsecured loan without my knowledge and on top of that they loaded the CASCO policy for 34,000, for which many thanks to them all))) because I successfully canceled the CASCO policy during the “cooling off period” and used the money received back to pay off the loan itself... such things))) Good savings came out.

But how can this be, you ask? How can you do without insurance? And you will be partially right, however, no one is stopping you from applying for the same loan, and then purchasing all the desired insurance products yourself, which is MANY times cheaper and more effective since it is no secret that absolutely all DCs include their “percentage” in the policy CASCO, and even more so in the life insurance contract, and some, especially greedy ones, and there are such in Krasnodar, throw their share directly into the interest on the loan itself... nothing sacred and personal... business.

Now, especially for the skeptics who will definitely be found, I will give exact calculations, for clarity, we will consider three options:

1. Loan with CASCO and LS, rate 12.9, SL 65,000 for three years, CASCO 34,000, down payment 20% of the cost of the car. I would like to note right away that I was ready to pay for CASCO in cash, and the insurance type is necessarily included in the body, everything is logical: the larger the loan amount, the greater the “exhaust” on interest.

620000 * 0.2 = 124000 cash payment, i.e. 620000 - 124000 + 65000 = 561000 goes on credit

We use a loan calculator for 36 months and get a monthly payment of 18875, an overpayment of interest of 118510, a total payment amount including interest of 679510

The total cost of the car is: 124,000 (PV) + 34,000 (CASCO for the first year) + 679,510 (payments including life insurance) = 837,510 in total, and here you also need to add the cost of the CASCO policy for the second and third years, this is about 30,000 more in total, if insure to a minimum.

We get 867510 with the original 620000, that is, the loan, in relation to the cost of the car, will cost us 247510 over three years on top.

2. Loan without insurance, but with CASCO. Rate 15.9, PV also 20%

Payment 17413, overpayment 130882, total payment 626883

Total: 124000 + 34000 + 626883 + 30000 = 814883

The cost of the loan is 194883 in relation to the original cost of the car

Yes, here you can ask: “What if something happens to you or, God forbid, you die, then what?” It’s a reasonable question and I’ll deal with it after everything settles down, well, not in the sense that I’ll die, but I’ll take out insurance))). So, insuring my life for 1 million (not 500, as the program above suggests) comes out to 6 to 8 thousand rubles per YEAR, that is, for three years 18-24, but not 65, and even added to the body loan at 12.9 percent.

3. Loan without life insurance, without CASCO, Rate 16.9, PV 20%

Payment 17659, overpayment 139726, total payment 635726

Total: 124000 + 635726 = 759726

The total overpayment in relation to the cost of the car is 139,726!!!! As they say, feel the difference. Even if I want to additionally and voluntarily take out all the necessary insurance, this will not even close the difference in the amount.

Conclusion: friends, approach the issue of buying a car, it doesn’t matter: new or used, and ESPECIALLY on credit, very carefully and accurately, since they will try to “heat” you with money at EVERY stage of the transaction. Don’t take anyone’s word for it, be sure to count and double-check EVERYTHING. Call the bank directly and clarify the conditions, as they are often very different for the better than those announced at the car dealership. For example, one very large, but very greedy dealer in the Krasnodar region not only throws his “ingredients” into every piece of the loan agreement, but they also force the CASCO policy to be included in the body and under no circumstances allow you to pay in cash. A group of salons of this dealer are located in the area of the airport, locals will understand, and I will not create any advertising or anti-, and they also exist in the city of Goryachy Klyuch). Don't be afraid to look boring!!! By the way, think about why in many car dealerships the positions of credit insurance experts are filled by pretty and very pretty girls...there is no need for comments here.

Yes, I almost forgot. In some cases, you can do a particularly cunning thing: take out a loan with life insurance, and then terminate the insurance contract during the cooling-off period and make a new one, with a humane cost, or not do it at all, but there are a number of risks: the bank may increase the rate (or maybe not increase))), the DC may demand the discount on the car back, and here you need to carefully read the documents that are given for signature. I don’t know how it is in other cities, but in Krasnodar the practice of providing supposed “discounts” on cars, while loading them with “capes” on various insurance products and additional equipment, is widespread and quite brazen.

There is another option: come to the transaction with a ready-made life insurance policy, but the insurance company must be accredited by the bank providing the loan. In theory, such a move will allow you to get a loan at a reduced rate, but you need to be prepared for the fact that DC employees will resist and interfere in every possible way since the sale of insurance and credit products is included in the personal sales plan of each employee. It is necessary to show persistence, and based on the results of this battle, you can also try to issue a CASCO policy “on the side”, but this is already quite tough and for those who are especially persistent, however, it is quite realistic)

All the best... Count your money, now it will be much more difficult to get it and in smaller quantities.
