It is not on sale (!), but only the entire unit is available for 2k+. As a temporary solution, a regular five-pin relay was installed (thanks to Boyarintcew for his “Repair Manual”).
Relay 35.3763 (black box with a connector on the windshield wiper block) was unsoldered, and in its place was screwed with electrical tape (may the Great Blue Electrical Tape forgive me, but I only had red one on hand...) and a regular five-pin relay with a block was soldered to the block. The ends of the wires from the block going to the connector were crimped with existing flat connectors and inserted directly into the connector.
Installed, checked, works, BUT! While you press the water supply, the wiper does not work, but when you release the water supply, leaving it on, it works constantly, without delay. In my opinion, this is too much! It will work as a temporary solution, but as a permanent solution - NO! The perfectionist in me required relay board 35.3763 to be repaired. It was decided to look for a solution to this problem, and it was found in the post “Repairing the Rear Door Wiper. Replacing the timer in BU 35.3763,” for which many thanks to agalardo. The culprit was the timer chip. The specified agalardo microcircuit was found on the Chip&Dip website.
The microcircuit was not available, I had to order it. I ordered two pieces at once. I had to wait three days for my order (it was out of stock). Having received the microcircuit, I went to solder it in the hope that it would help.
After 60 thousand mileage, my rear wiper began to jam periodically. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, sometimes it stops in the middle of the glass. I don’t use it that often, and the thought came to me that everything there had turned sour and rusty. So I decided to disassemble its gearbox and see what was there and how. As it turned out, the problem was a large amount of rust and dirt on the wiper drive pin. Since the pin rotates in the bushing, without any bearings, it simply began to jam there from the accumulated dirt.
Now in order and in pictures. First you need to remove the wiper drive. This turned out to be not so easy. Unscrewing 3 nuts securing the drive and one on the wiper arm was no problem, but removing the arm itself was quite difficult without a special puller. Having dug a little into the Soviet trash, some unknown garbage was found)), with the help of which, as well as a “kind word,” we managed to remove this leash.
Having removed the drive, I saw that the pin itself was all rusty, and its seat was clogged with dirt.
Having disassembled the gearbox, I noticed that there was not a very large amount of lubricant. Perhaps it’s enough for the job, or maybe they saved it.
I tried to pull my finger out, but I couldn’t do it with my hands. I filled it with a little WD and little by little began to twist it to the sides and pull it out, and at the end I helped with a rubber mallet.
When I pulled it out, I was convinced that there was a small layer of rust on the finger and a large amount of dirt in its seat. I washed my finger with the same WD and cleaned out all the dirt.
Immediately I decided to overhaul the gearbox, washed out the old lubricant and put in new one. I also lubricated the pin and bushing generously.
Tip 1. Whoever disassembles the gearbox, immediately take a photo of how it was assembled, so as not to fantasize later) Or just remember how it was. Well, a hint from me - the position of the plastic gear is not important, it is then positioned automatically. But the metal half-gears need to be connected correctly - with the outer teeth so that they stand almost in an even line, as in the photo below.
Tip 2. Do not unscrew the gearbox cover directly on the trunk without removing it from the car, you risk collecting all the parts on the ground)

But if the central bushing “flies”, then most likely the entire windshield wiper mechanism will have to be replaced.
