Modification of standard BC AMK 2113 2114 2115

The AMK should use the MC33290 chip, but since this chip is impossible to get, you can use any of those that are at hand. In my case, this is L9637D, it is available for free sale, as well as in IMMO APS-6 and many fresh ECUs,
Then, after rummaging around (I can’t give a link to the source, because I don’t remember), we found the latest firmware for the microcontroller (PIC19F252) of AMK itself, namely PR57 (it was PR31). It’s easy to check the software version; you just need to hold down “+” and “-” with the ignition off and, without releasing the keys, turn on the ignition. There was no need to think about how and with what to flash this chip; long before this, a programmer for similar microcontrollers had been assembled (GTP-Lite theme from Radiocat), and an adapter from the SSOP28 - DIP28 case was also at hand. The microcircuit was soldered with a hair dryer and rolled into the adapter, stitched and then returned to its rightful place in the same way.
after all the manipulations we get the following - the T button remained the travel time, but + T air overboard was added (we didn’t even have to throw in an additional wire. It was already crimped into the block from the factory)
-it became possible to enter a correction coefficient for instantaneous fuel consumption (L/H) in %

Description:
In all modified firmware, the fuel assembly (fuel-air mixture) and ignition timing (ignition timing) are optimized in almost all engine operating modes. The Lada Priora firmware corrected factory errors in cold start calibrations, which made it impossible to do so at temperatures below -20 degrees Celsius. The system input to the IAC (forced idle) has been optimized and a factory error in calibrations has been eliminated, leading to the engine stopping when entering the idle mode after partial load mode. The injection phase and fuel cut-off speed have been changed. Fuel consumption is significantly reduced, with a significant increase in dynamics.

What is needed for electronic tuning
The main “tools and devices” that will be needed when performing firmware for the VAZ 2114 8 valves are:
- Programmer.
- Disk with the required firmware version.
- PC or laptop.

Instructions for updating software on BC State
In this manual I want to show you the process of updating the software for BC State of any models!
My BC State 115 x42 RGB will be used as an example. What BC found out not long ago, and decided to reflash for itself. For this procedure, we need a USB adapter for BC State, which is sold at the office. website in Russia, and in Ukraine there are representatives and you can ask them about the availability of this device. But the package of this adapter does not provide a cable directly to the BC itself; it needs to be made. This is due to the fact that the adapter is universal and cannot provide all connectors. Well, making such a cable will not be difficult, everything is very simple, you just need straight hands, a soldering iron, terminals (can be bought at any radio market), a mother connector from the power supply to the PC (can be cut off from a non-working computer power supply) And so let's get started! To connect the wires to the adapter, I used a mother connector (flup power supply) from a broken computer power supply. I just cut it off along with the wires, but they were short and I decided to lengthen them, with wires from the same power supply. I also decided to swap the wires, for greater clarity: Red - 12v OUT Yellow - K-line (data) Black - Ground
And I also removed the unnecessary 4th wire, we will use only 3 wires.
We do everything carefully and solder everything, including the joints of the two wires, plus I cover the soldering joints with special insulation! So as not to short the thread. It looks good and will last longer)

How to use?
We will briefly tell you how to use these programs and how the hacking procedure goes.
- The program must be downloaded, activated and installed on the laptop;
- Rent a programmer (or buy, but the device is not cheap);
- Prepare the cords to connect to the car;
- Connect the programmer to the laptop;
- Next, connect it to the car (OBD 2 diagnostic connector);
- Turn on the ignition;
- Run the program to diagnose the car for errors;
- If the latter come out, remove them;
- Next, run the firmware file;
- At the end of the process, turn off the ignition and wait 5 minutes;
- Start the car and repeat the diagnostics until it shows no errors;
- Ready.
This is roughly how the procedure for flashing a car via a laptop is carried out using special utilities. Is it even worth doing this? Think about it, it’s not for nothing that the manufacturer sets the average parameters in the ECU. This is the ideal ratio of the power it produces and the consumption of its resources. It turns out that by hacking the factory settings and installing your own, you are breaking this balance, the consequences of which will only appear in the foreseeable future. In short, we advise you to carefully evaluate all the pros and cons. And yes, before starting the procedure, carefully study the stages of the process, choose which program can change the firmware (do chip tuning yourself) of your car, download the software from trusted sites and take care of high-quality equipment.
