The amount of legroom for rear passengers has increased by only 200 mm - because the rear seat has been moved 50 mm forward so that riders are not disturbed by the sloping roof (the distance from the seat to the ceiling has increased by 15 mm).
The rear door opening and the door itself have been enlarged, making it much more convenient to get in and out. By the way, the door is so-called pillarless - without additional slats in the window opening. To do this, we had to invent a complicated mechanism for lifting the large glass.
The dashboard differs from the standard one with chrome inserts. There is a minimum of plastic on the doors, mostly leather and chrome inserts.
The rear seatback no longer folds down. In the middle is a massive console-armrest, which hides two cup holders, two USB slots and heating switches. There is an additional lamp in the ceiling. The upholstery of the seats and some interior parts is leather, and the decorative inserts on the doors and instrument panel are chrome.
I was lucky enough to see almost all the elongated Tolyatti cars, even the first-born Amadeo based on the VAZ-21099 sedan, produced by Master Design in the mid-nineties. As is true: both in appearance and in the quality of the interior, the long Vesta surpasses all its predecessors. It's not even about the nuances.
Vesta seems to be from a different league - the highest, into which elongated versions of other VAZ models were closed. The design of the donor is so successful that the body of the elongated Vesta looks organic, as if it was born that way. And there is a qualitative leap in the interior decoration - there are no little things that look tacky.

Seventeen-inch alloy wheels were chosen for the executive car, which look quite decent on the elongated body. The trunk has become much more spacious. Exact data has not yet been reported, but visually, it has increased in volume by one and a half times.

Average configuration Lada Vesta Comfort
The average version of Comfort will receive a standard radio with a 4.3-inch monochrome monitor, a USB port and Bluetooth protocol. The seats will be heated, and the driver's seat can also be adjusted in height. Electric mirrors will be heated, and rear parking sensors will be available. The steering column will be adjustable in height and reach. Options in this configuration can be purchased as a package. The Optima package includes 15-inch alloy wheels, a heated windshield and power rear windows.
The Lada Vesta Comfort equipment is also distinguished by the presence of a more powerful 16-valve 1.6-liter engine with a power of 106 hp. This engine comes with not only a 5-speed manual transmission, but also a robotic automatic transmission.
