The clutch may have burned out, and the air conditioner refuses to work because of this. If the compressor itself jams, specific clicks will be heard and the clutch will rotate freely. 5. If the air conditioning works but does not produce warm or hot air, then the cause may be a low freon level. This happens when there is leakage through loose connections. In this case, a special liquid is poured into the system, which glows when exposed to UV rays. The leak is detected and corrected, and then the system is refilled with freon.
