Design and operating principle of AMT
In general terms, AMT is a conventional manual transmission in which two special actuators (servo drives) are responsible for clutch operation and gear shifting. Finally, “Lux” can boast of stiffer suspensions and the most complete set of anti-noise. Therefore, two “Grants” in different configurations turned out to be very useful in the test. There are no revelations on the Norma: the omnivorous chassis is combined with a retuned, but still far from ideal, electric booster. In addition, the VAZ team mentioned a new vacuum booster and master brake cylinder. I also did not notice any global improvements in braking.

In contrast to the design of the Liftback's external components, more meticulous work has definitely been done on the interior. If we draw parallels with Kalina, then the Liftback salon has an organization aimed at expanding the internal space.
The dashboard and other technological components are not very detailed and are made in a more standard form. This also had a positive effect on the cost of the car, which made it so affordable.
