Snow drifts and muddy mud are also not uncommon on Russian city roads. In addition, on the highway, wheels with a larger radius allow you to achieve an increased maximum speed.

All questions disappeared with the first day of official sales of the high hatchback LADA XRAY. On February 14, 2022, dealerships presented compact crossovers with wheels 205/55 R16 91H/V. Some buyers breathed a sigh of relief, while for others this was not enough. This time the management of AVTOVAZ OJSC was fully armed. XRay project director Oleg Grunenkov assured that seventeen-inch wheels are expected to be installed on future X-Ray models. But after the start of sales, all doubts disappeared - AvtoVAZ listened to potential buyers and equipped the car with 16-inch wheels. In addition, Oleg Grunenkov promised that the upcoming all-wheel drive version of the car will immediately receive 17th wheels.
