How to remove a VAZ 2110, 2111, 2112 headlight; dismantling and installing a headlight unit

It is worth remembering that plastic is very fragile in the cold, so this procedure must be carried out in a warm room.

Work order

  1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
  2. Disconnect the two electrical connectors of the headlight unit.
  3. If there is a fender liner, unscrew it on the side of the bumper, usually 2-3 outer screws.
  4. Using a 10mm wrench, unscrew the two bolts of the upper headlight mounting.
  5. Unscrew the 2 bolts securing the decorative radiator grille.

Removal:
