The electroplating method combines metal and phosphate ions into a molecule. Breaking of molecular bonds is possible with a scratch from an impact. Under the influence of sun, frost and water, they retain their stability.

The technological chain of galvanizing the Vesta body consists of three stages:

• preparatory;
• main;
• final.

Preparation consists of cleaning metal parts from traces of corrosion and smoothing out roughness. This is followed by degreasing. The process is carried out either by sprinkling in pickling chambers, or by immersion in a bath with a degreasing solution.

The cathophoresis procedure is carried out in a galvanic bath. The car body is placed in the primer solution. Metal parts of the car are connected to the negative pole of a direct or alternating current source, as a result of which anions, ions with a negative charge, are formed on their surface. In the primer solution, under the influence of the positive pole, positive phosphate ions are formed. Due to ionic attraction, adhesion of anions and cations occurs.

After completing the process of applying the protective film, the body is rinsed in washing chambers and kept in drying chambers.

In the painting chamber, a robotic complex paints the car body using the spraying method. It is then placed in a drying chamber.

Before being sent to the conveyor, each product undergoes a control inspection for defects, which are corrected manually.

Attention! Thanks to the primer film, the thickness of the coating has been increased by a quarter, which explains the increased corrosion resistance of the Vesta body and the ability for the manufacturer to provide a warranty on the body.

Modifications and options

You will be able to get a Lada Vesta 2022 with a new variator and engine, starting with the Classic package. The same package will include 2 airbags, air conditioning, a heating system for the front seats and a stabilization system. The cost of such a Lada Vesta will start at 736.9 thousand rubles.

New items salon

The salon has been thoroughly redesigned.
Now the interior is done in two-tone color (see photo of the interior). Colored inserts on the seats, door panels and front console are in harmony with the body color. We thought separately about the quality of materials and workmanship. The seats have high-quality eco-leather upholstery, coupled with Alcantara, the three-spoke steering wheel is dressed in genuine leather, and the door handles are a pleasant black glossy color. The pedal assembly has acquired metal overlays, the air deflectors look nice with a silver edging, and the multimedia system also has an elegant frame. The ergonomics are extremely similar to the standard version, but the exclusive sedan has a comfortable soft armrest between the front seats and thick mats made of a special material.

Due to these changes, sitting inside Vesta is much more pleasant. The seats have changed their profile, increasing lateral support. Among the complaints - the rear seats are not the most comfortable with a small amount of space, and the question is “how will a combined interior in light colors behave during long-term use”?

The Lada Vesta Exclusive 2022 model was presented this summer. The new product has undergone a number of updates, mostly affecting the interior decoration. However, they also tried to update the design, and unique details appeared in the exterior.

The sedan received chrome-plated door handles, the body sills are decorated with moldings, and the 17-inch alloy wheels have been visually transformed. You can also recognize the new modification by looking at the rear of the car. The trunk of the exclusive Lada Vesta has its own nameplate, and an elegant spoiler is installed on the lid.

So far, car modifications coming off the assembly line are equipped with a manual gas tank flap, but the 2021 variations already have a lid connected directly to the central locking.
