It seems to me that the shelf itself does not rattle
Since new I also had something creaking in the area of the rear parcel shelf.
I had to apply the experience of dealing with squeaks gained from operating a CRV in the back of an RD1 (those who drove it know, the rattle is still the same)
I removed the plastic crap on which the shelf rests (in which the rear speakers)
in the places where they come into contact with the body, I laid 3M red double-sided tape and screwed all the bolts tighter, the creaking is gone, nothing rattles
Well, the door lock 5 has been adjusted, fortunately it is easy to adjust, just unscrew and tighten two bolts

The handbrake cable squeaks. you need to lubricate its fastenings
also the failure began when no one was there, very occasionally there was a creaking, and when someone sat down, the tininess began...
1 rubber band that fits into the hole in the seat (the top latch on the seat, then unfasten the seat and look at it from the trunk, there should be an elastic band there, 2 maybe the springs in the back are creaking?
try laying a rag under the seat or some kind of thread (under the entire other side for the entire width) and look... temporarily remove the plastic where the latch is (I don’t remember, you can do it without it or glue it with a model, and if it’s on the sides, then remove it in the same way time and travel take a look, you will find the reason, you will do everything right
I actually have an ensemble there. the seat creaks where there is a groove for the latch, plastic sides, headrests...
plastic sides are the worst! I put all the wood stuff in the back and I’m driving and couldn’t be happier
