True, the hole in the rod of the new lock is larger, so when attaching the activator rod you will have to use something like a plastic bushing, inserted into this hole and reducing its diameter to an acceptable size.
We will not dwell on how to extend the wires in the doors to the activators, since this issue is better solved individually on site: either we use existing technological holes, or we drill our own. I think everything is clear from the photos below.
