I changed the silent blocks, the ball ones were in excellent condition, I didn’t change them. After the front chassis was rebuilt, it began to rattle twice as loud as before. I’m in a panic, I don’t even know what to do, I don’t usually go to service stations, I went to the mechanic alone, the master has very, very good reviews, and so he said that the silent blocks did not sit properly, and in general he had already encountered such silent blocks, and there were problems with them! And the problem is this. Due to the fact that the “spike” silent block has a very small outer part of rubber, the one that the washer presses, and some other incomprehensible things, a gap is formed between the washer and the silent block, and in general, the lever is not fixed from moving back and forth. The master recommended removing the internal washers from the lever axis, or replacing the silent blocks with BRT or others of a classic shape.
