The relay and fuse box is also called the mounting block or black box. In the event of a car breakdown related to electrical equipment, the fuses and relays are first checked. If a fuse is blown, you must first determine the cause of its blown before replacing it.
Where are the fuses on the Priora?
- The main mounting block of the Priora is closed with a lid and located at the driver’s left foot. To open it, you need to turn three latches 90° and unclip the lid.
- The fuse box is under the hood, which is located near the expansion tank.
- Another mounting block, which is located near the left foot of the front passenger. To gain access to the fuses and relays, unscrew several screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Below is a description of each fuse and relay block in order.

Why do the dimensions and instrument lights go out on a Chevrolet Lacetti?
The instrument panel lights have gone out.
First, let’s find the connection between the dimensions and instrument lighting.
Fuse box location.
Based on the electrical diagram of the Lacetti from different years of production, fuse F6 F4 with the same rating is responsible for the operation of the dashboard
Guaranteed short circuit
However, in 99% of cases it turns out that if the dimensions and instrument lights do not light up, then replacing these fuses will do nothing and their test will show that everything is in order with them.
In fact, there is no mysticism. In almost all cases, such a malfunction occurs immediately after installing the glove compartment, replacing its backlight lamp or switch.
Attention. Before replacing the glove compartment light bulb, be sure to remove the negative terminal of the battery, otherwise the instrument panel light may go out.
The fact is that if you do not remove the negative terminal from the battery and begin to disassemble the glove compartment , a short circuit in the glove compartment lighting circuit is guaranteed - the cartridge contacts will inevitably be shorted to ground if you do not turn off the power to the car.
Even if we did not disassemble the glove compartment, but the side lighting and instrument lighting disappeared, with a high degree of probability the wiring harness leading to the switch and to the glove compartment illumination could become frayed and shorted , which would also cause a short circuit and blown fuse F21. He is responsible for the rear fog lights.
If you do everything correctly, the dimensions will light up again.
Location of Priora fuses under the hood
- F1 (30 A) – power supply fuse for the electronic engine control system (ECM);

Relay for turn signals, alarm and ignition relay for VAZ 2107
The turn signal and ignition relay is located behind the instrument panel. To replace or check the relay, you need to remove the instrument panel and you can see it behind it:
Relay number | Relay purpose |
R4 | Ignition relay VAZ 2107 |
R5 | Relay for alarm and turn signals VAZ 2107 |
Additional mounting block Priora
- F1 (15 A) – main relay and starter interlock circuit fuse;
- F2 (7.5 A) – fuse for the power supply circuit of the ECU (controller);
- F3 (15 A) – Priora fuel pump fuse;
- K1 – main relay;
- K2 is the place where the Priora fuel pump relay is located.
Attention!
The relay and fuse diagram may differ depending on the configuration and production date of the vehicle. Current diagrams of the mounting block are presented in the operating manual for the date of manufacture of the vehicle ().

Topic: Resolved: License plate lights do not light up, fuse is intact
The license plate light bulbs do not light up, I took out the old light bulbs, they were black, I replaced them with new ones, they still do not light up, I checked the fuse, it is working. So I guess there is no mass? Where to look for it?

Re: Resolved: License plate lights do not light up, fuse is intact
if you are guilty of mass, try feeding the mass directly

Re: Resolved: License plate lights do not light up, fuse is intact
drummer04 , there should be a plug on the right under the trunk trim, once my “dad” flew out there and the number stopped lighting up. Poke it with a tester or control, if there is +12, then the problem is in the trunk (the wire is broken or something else)
