At the beginning of October, AVTOVAZ announced the start of sales of the limited edition #CLUB, which is offered on 3 families of LADA cars: LADA Granta, LADA XRAY and LADA Largus. All models are based on the Comfort configuration and include some options of the TOP Luxe versions. Let's look at all the distinctive features of these cars.
Game of complete sets
The body and engine remain the same, the factory just decided to create an original package. There are things here that may seem strange, we will talk about them, read to the end.
What did AvtoVAZ give us with this limited edition Grants? Let's look at the new options of the car and how much it costs. In the end, we’ll tell you what irritates you in a car. When you look at the car for the first time, it looks decent!
They took the “comfort” package as a base and added several options from the “luxury” version to it. What can you tell by appearance? These are new, different from “luxury”, alloy wheels with black inserts. They look nice!
But the mirrors were made black, although it would have been better to leave them in the body color - “Barneo”. What do you think, write in the comments. This was probably done so that there was a combination of black wheel inserts with mirrors.
In addition, a new “#Club” nameplate was pasted on, which can be seen in the top photos. It is also depicted on the seat trim. What else is included in the luxury package? We installed rear parking sensors - 3 pieces. There is air conditioning, electric power steering, as in “comfort”, front windows.
Car interior
Let's take a look inside the car and see what's new there. Firstly, the handles are coated with piano varnish. Well done, I really like it.
The rear seats are equipped with imitation lateral support, but in reality there is none. Just small gray inserts, only 2 headrests, so the middle passenger is out of luck. But it's just a junior suite.
How can you install alloy wheels, but equip the car with only two power windows? AvtoVAZ engineers have their own opinion on this matter. These seats are really comfortable to sit on, although in the latest versions of the Lada Granta they were already quite good. But the #Club seats are even better.
The gearshift knob, like in the “luxury”, is not black with a chrome highlight, it shines.
Everything else is identical, the same radio and speakers. The dial on the instruments is standard white and orange. It feels like the engineers were in a hurry when creating this Grant configuration. For example, the ignition switch is a little crooked, like in the Lada Largus.
Another sign of haste is a strong shagreen on the surface of the body. It looks like the painting took place in a cheap workshop.
What engines are on the #Club configuration
Probably everyone was waiting for a 16-valve engine, but it won’t be here. Only eight-valve engine with manual transmission. If there is an automatic, then it is possible to install an engine with 16 valves; it will not be installed on a manual.
A really interesting series has been created that will certainly be in demand. But everything could not be done perfectly. Such a car will cost 549 thousand 900 rubles. 25,000 rubles were added to comfort. For this, the car received parking sensors, alloy wheels, piano varnish, handles, and a crooked ignition switch.
Sales of this Lada Granta begin on October 14, 2022, and its price with an automatic transmission will appear. This is about 610,000 rubles. AvtoVAZ simply copied the limited edition from other well-known brands. But they give the buyer the opportunity to get various additional options in the options. Why not give this choice to VAZ?
Lada XRAY #Club
Differences from the Comfort version
:
- “#CLUB” nameplates located on the tailgate;
- new seat upholstery with embroidered series name with orange hashtag;
- enhanced tinting of rear windows;
- heated windshield;
- rear parking sensors;
- rain and light sensors;
- climate control (instead of air conditioning)
- 16" alloy wheels in two-tone special design (instead of 15" steel wheels).
For these options you will have to pay an additional 25,000 rubles
. The result is:
- 1.6 l 16-cl. (106 hp), 5MT #CLUB — RUB 737,900.
- 1.8 l 16 cl. (122 hp), 5MT #CLUB — RUB 762,900.
- 1.8 l 16 cl. (122 hp), 5AMT #CLUB — RUB 787,900.
Let's sum it up
I forgot to add to this car that there is a heated windshield, as opposed to “comfort”. I noticed that the gaps when installing the hood are not the same everywhere. If you look from the side, near the headlight, this is clearly visible. It seems like the assembly was done in haste.
The VAZ plant pleases us with such a new product; for sure, at first there will be a shortage of such cars. Write who has already bought such a car, what they like about it, or vice versa. Three advantages of LADA Granta #CLUB over the Comfort version
Motorists can save from 3,000 rubles on alloy wheels alone.

A new video was released on the YouTube channel of one of the LADA dealers, in which three advantages of the LADA Granta with the #CLUB prefix in front of the Comfort version were named. This sedan can boast
a beautiful blue color called “Blue Planet”, which has the best color rendition in the entire line, and for which you will have to pay an additional 6,000 rubles.
Also, the first advantage of the LADA Granta #CLUB includes alloy wheels with chrome and black glossy inserts, which are not available even in the “regular Luxury”. If you install alloy wheels yourself, it will cost at least 15,000 rubles.
Second plus
consists of heating the windshield, the additional installation of which on LADA Granta Comfort will cost from 5,500 rubles.
The third plus
is parking sensors, the price of which is 1,000 rubles. You can do without them, but it is the parking radar that often helps the driver preserve his vehicle and not damage others.
It is worth noting that the dealer’s opinion was individual, and despite his admiration for the sedan, he still managed to find one drawback - this is an old format key, that is, without buttons, as was the case in the Comfort version.
Otherwise, the #CLUB equipment resembles Comfort.
The sedan is equipped with two power windows, a standard audio system, air conditioning, heated rear window and seats, as well as two airbags. At the same time, there is no light sensor or rain sensor in the “Grant” #CLUB.

Finally, it is worth noting that the LADA Granta in the #CLUB configuration costs
642,900 rubles, and Comfort - 625,500 rubles. At the same time, the difference is compensated by the presence of the mentioned advantages, the additional installation of which will separately cost at least 21,500 rubles. When purchasing “assembled”, the difference will be less - 17,400 rubles.

- Increased ground clearance - 198 mm (22 mm more than the standard Granta), of which 7 mm are added by tires, and 15 mm by suspension.

What Lada Granta Cross does not have
The Cross version does not have an engine (1.6 liter 16 cl. 98 hp) and a Jatco automatic transmission. The reason is that such a power unit has a large oil sump, which reduces ground clearance, which is unacceptable for this modification of the Grant.
There is no Luxe Prestige package, therefore the following options are not available:
- Electronic Stability Control (ESC).
- Traction control system (TCS).
- Hill Start Assist (HSA).
This was done to provide more attractive prices. Marketers claim that there are not many requests from buyers for the stabilization system.

All the differences between the new Granta and the old one in the photo and video
Sales of Lada Granta FL (updated family) began at the end of 2018. The new Granta has undergone many changes, which affected not only the appearance, but also the interior. “Behind the Wheel” experts put the old and new cars side by side and showed all the differences in the photo.
The center console is made in a new style with relief elements in the “X” style.
The seats have two-tone upholstery in the Vesta style and a modified profile, as well as a different geometry of the headrests. There is a seat height adjustment.
New instrument cluster with white backlight.
The ERA-GLONASS system appeared.
The light control module is the same, only instead of the trunk opening button there is a plug, because... the button appeared on the trunk lid itself.
The classic cigarette lighter has been replaced by a socket.
The manual transmission lever began to be installed from Vesta. The parking brake lever has changed.
On the new Grant, the shelf above the glove box is now covered with a glove compartment lid.
The shape of the interior door handles has changed. Whether it has become more convenient to open doors is a question.
The rear muffler mount was changed.
Pile fender liners appeared, and the cabin became quieter.
There are no other differences underneath the car.
The trunk has not undergone any changes.
